Cindy Kirchhofer is State Representative for House District 89, which lies in the Eastern/Southeastern portion of central Marion County and includes parts of Warren, Franklin and Perry Townships.

The 117th General Assembly will mark Rep. Kirchhofer’s first term as representative, but she already has an established record of public service. She has served two terms as Chairperson of the Perry Township Government Board and Vice President of the Beech Grove Redevelopment Commission. She has also served on the Indiana Paralegal Association Board of Directors and the Marion County Citizens Police Complaint Board.

Rep. Kirchhofer received her Paralegal Certificate from IUPUI and is a Paralegal at St. Francis Hospital and Health Center in Beech Grove.

Her father is a veteran of the Korean War and her grandfather is a veteran of World War II. Additionally, many of her family members have served in the United States Army.

Rep. Kirchhofer has one daughter, who received her Undergraduate Degree from Purdue in Psychology and Law and Society with a minor in Anthropology. She obtained her Master’s Degree from IU School of Social Work.
