Representative McMillin will be serving his first term in the Indiana State Legislature for years 2011 and 2012. He represents House District 68, which includes the counties Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland. Rep. McMillin is a graduate of Franklin County High School and has received both a B.S in Economics and a law degree. He currently practices law at his family law practice and develops small businesses in southeastern Indiana. He is very active and involved with numerous community events. This year in the Indiana General Assembly, he will serve on the Committees of Courts and Criminal Code, Judiciary and Roads and Transportation.
