Due to the 2001 redistricting, which the General Assembly is required to do by law, District 67 added portions of Rush County including Rushville and Milroy. The City of Batesville and Oldenburg were added in Franklin County. While new areas were incorporated into District 67, Switzerland County was removed from the District. The southern and western portions of Ripley County were also removed from District 67 including the towns of Holton, Rexville and Cross Plains.
