The 55th District includes all of Fayette and Union Counties. Also included in the District is the southeastern portion of Wayne County. The Western portion of Franklin county as well as the eastern portion are included in the District, however, the District does not include the middle section of the county. Finally, the district is made up of the northeastern corner of Dearborn County stopping just north of Lawrenceburg.
