Indiana House District 53 is mainly comprised of Hancock County, including the cities and towns of: Wilkinson, Greenfield, Spring Lake, New Palestine, Fortville, Charlottesville, Maxwell, Eden, Mt. Comfort, Mohawk, and parts of Shirley and Cumberland. There are also parts Shelby County, including Gwynneville and half of Morristown, and parts of Rush County including, Carthage and part of Rushville.
