District 51 contains the entire area of Steuben County and most of DeKalb County. In DeKalb County, the district contains Fairfield, Smithfield, Grant, Union, Jackson, Franklin, Troy, Wilmington, and Stafford townships. The towns of Auburn, Waterloo, Butler, Hamilton, Ashley, Hudson, Helmer, Pleasant Lake, Angola, Orland, Fremont, and Clear Lake are all included in the district.
Rep. Dodge sits proudly next to Uncle Sam during last year's Fourth of July parade. Dodge served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
