The 18th House District includes portions of Kosciusko, Elkhart, and LaGrange Counties. In Kosciusko County, it includes a section in the middle of the county about five miles on each side of State Road 15. However, the District line cuts on the west side and excludes the majority of the City of Warsaw. The Southeast corner of Elkhart County is included in the District, and it wraps around, but does not include Goshen and Middlebury. Finally, District 18 includes the western portion of LaGrange County, including Topeka and Shipshewana. Other communities in District 18 include Leesburg, Milford, Millersburg, and Winona Lake.
