The Indiana House of Representatives provides both live and archived video of its floor sessions as well as meetings of the House Ways & Means Committee and hearings of several other House committees.
Although the Indiana State Legislature has completed its work for the 2008 session, archived webcasts are available online.

Floor sessions and committee hearings alike are sometimes “in recess,” meaning that legislators are not currently meeting but intend to return.
Legislative hearings and floor sessions can vary dramatically in length. It is also not exceptionally rare for floor sessions and committee hearings of the Senate and House of Representatives to fail to start at the precise time designated.
