Indiana House District 100 is located within the city of Indianapolis in Marion County.
Much of the district is to the east of the downtown area, consisting of neighborhoods around East 10th Street and Washington Street.
The district is generally bounded by Interstate 70 to the north and west, Emerson Avenue to the east, and Pleasant Run Parkway Drive and Prospect Street on the south.
