Miami Nation of Indians state tribe recognition. Provides for the recognition of a Native
American Indian tribe that is indigenous to Indiana as a "state tribe". Provides that a state tribe is
not entitled to any special state right or benefit unless the right or benefit is specifically conferred
upon the state tribe by statute. Provides that the citizenship criteria used to determine the
membership of a state tribe shall be determined solely by the governing body of the state tribe.
Grants state tribe recognition to the Miami Nation of Indians of the State of Indiana.
