[EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2009] (a) There is appropriated one million dollars ($1,000,000) to the family and social services administration from the state general fund for the adult guardianship project for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010.
    (b) There is appropriated one million dollars ($1,000,000) to the family and social services administration from the state general fund for the adult guardianship project for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.
     (c) This SECTION expires December 31, 2011.
