I move
that Senate Bill 1 be amended to read as follows:

(b) Any part of the Indiana Commerce Connector that is located
east of a line between the City of Greenfield and the Town of
Morristown must be constructed in a manner that does not
interfere with school transportation routes or with the ability of
any fire department to respond to a fire.".

located east of a line between the City of Greenfield and the Town
of Morristown must be constructed in a manner that does not

any fire department to respond to a fire.".
