Notice of Proposed Rules Amendments by the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure for Public Comment

Pursuant to Ind. Trial Rule 80, the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has posted the following proposed rule amendments:

1. Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 2.2, regarding registration of paralegals.
2. Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23 § 27, regarding attorney surrogates.
