Problem Solving Courts
Indiana's Problem Solving Courts are administered by the Indiana Judicial Center in cooperation with the Court Alcohol & Drug Program, and its primary goal is to support the development of and certify Drug Courts in Indiana. GO
 

Indiana Pro Bono Commission (IPBC)
This Commission's mission is to promote equal access to justice for all Indiana residents by facilitating the creation, integration, and coordination of free legal services to citizens who cannot afford legal representation. In addition, IPBC works to encourage practicing attorneys in Indiana to provide pro bono services as part of their professional responsibility. GO

 

Office of Guardian Ad Litem/Court Appointed Special Advocate (GAL/CASA)
Indiana law requires the appointment of either a guardian ad litem or a trained court appointed special advocate in abuse and neglect cases under certain circumstances and provides for discretionary appointment in others. Learn more about this program and about how you can volunteer. GO

This federal program was designed to help state courts implement alternatives and improvements to their systems, and to expand those systems that are already successful. GO

 
Commission for Race and Gender Fairness
The mission of this Commission is to study and make recommendations on race and gender issues in Indiana's judicial system and to investigate ways to improve race and gender fairness in the courts, legal system, among legal service providers, among state and local government, and among public organizations. Family Court Project
The purpose of the Family Court Project is to develop “common sense” systems to coordinate families who have multiple cases pending before multiple judges, and to develop affordable programming to meet the other needs of families and children in the court system. GO
 
Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program
The purpose of JLAP is to provide confidential assistance to judges, lawyers, and law students who may encounter problems and other issues that could impair their ability to practice in a professional and competent manner. GO
