ORDER REMANDING JURISDICTION TO TRIAL COURT

      Comes now the Hon. R. Jerome Kearns, Judge of the Vigo Superior Court, No. 4, and pursuant to Ind.Crim.Rule 13, certifies this matter here for the appointment of a special judge.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Vigo Superior Court and Judge Kearns for the selection of a special judge pursuant to local rule as provided in Ind.Crim.Rule 13(C).

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Vigo Superior Court and Judge Kearns for the selection of a special judge pursuant to local rule as provided in Ind.Crim.Rule 13(C).

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. R. Jerome Kearns, Vigo Superior Court, 33 South Third Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807-3434, and to the Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court.

      The Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
