ORDER REMANDING JURISDICTION TO TRIAL COURT

      Comes now the Honorable William G. Sleva, Special Judge in the above cause, and pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79, certifies this matter here for the appointment of a special judge.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Monroe Circuit Court Division IV and that the Honorable J. David Holt, District 10 Facilitator, should appoint a new Special Judge pursuant to local rule.

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Monroe Circuit Court Division IV and that Judge J. David Holt, District 10 Facilitator, is hereby directed to appoint a new Special Judge Pursuant to local rule.

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. William G. Sleva, Lawrence Superior Court, Courthouse Plaza, Lower Level, 918 Sixteenth Street, Suite 400, Bedford, IN 47421-3334; to the Hon. J. David Holt, Greene Superior Court, P.O. Box 445, Bloomfield, IN 47424-0445, and to the Clerk of the Monroe Circuit Court Division IV.

      The Clerk of the Monroe Circuit Court Division IV is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
