ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE
Comes now the Honorable Gary L. Miller, Judge of the Marion Superior Court, and on his own motion recuses himself and remands this cause to the Court for appointment of a special judge.
And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that a special judge should be appointed to hear this matter in the Marion Superior Court pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Christopher L. Burnham is appointed as special judge to hear this matter in the Marion Superior Court. This order vests jurisdiction in Judge Brunham. Pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(K), an oath of office is not required.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. Christopher L. Burnham, Morgan Superior Court, P.O. Box 1556, Martinsville, IN 46151-1556; to the Hon. Gary L. Miller, Marion Superior Court, 200 East Washington Street, W507, Indianapolis, IN 46204-3337; and to the Clerk of the Marion Superior Court.
The Clerk of the Marion Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
