ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE

      Comes now the Honorable Cale J. Bradford, Presiding Judge of the Marion Superior Court, and certifies this cause to the Court for appointment of a special judge pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that a special judge should be appointed to hear this matter in the Marion Superior Court pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(H)(3).

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable J. Richard Campbell is appointed as special judge to hear this matter in the Marion Superior Court. This order vests jurisdiction in Judge Campbell. Pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(K), an oath of office is not required.

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. J. Richard Campbell, Hamilton Superior Court, One Hamilton Square, #292, Noblesville, 46060-2614; to the Hon. Cale J. Bradford, Marion Superior Court, 200 East Washington Street, W242, Indianapolis, IN 46204; and to the Clerk of the Marion Superior Court.

      The Clerk of the Marion Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
