ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE

      Comes now the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court, and pursuant to Ind.Crim.Rule 13(D), certifies these matters here for the appointment of a special judge.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that, a special judge should be appointed to hear these matters in the Lake Superior Court pursuant to Ind.Crim.Rule 13(D).

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Daniel J. Molter is appointed as special judge to hear this matter in the Lake Superior Court. This order vests jurisdiction in Judge Molter. Pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(K), an oath of office is not required.

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. Daniel J. Molter, Newton Superior Court, P.O. Box 143, Kentland, IN 47951-0143; to the Hon. Sheila M. Moss, Lake Superior Court, 2293 North Main Street, Crown Point, IN 46307-1854; and to the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court.

      The Clerk of the Lake Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
