ORDER DENYING REQUEST FOR SPECIAL JUDGE

      Comes now the Plaintiff, Bobbie Sellers, pro se, and files Plaintiff’s Motion of Request for Change of the Venue from the Judge and Request for the Special Judge (sic). And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that said request is not properly before this Court and should be denied.

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that plaintiff’s request is DENIED. 

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. William C. Fee, Steuben Superior Court, 55 South Public Square, Angola, IN 46703-0327 and to the Clerk of the Allen Superior Court.

      The Clerk of the Allen Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
