ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE

This matter comes before this Court upon the trial court’s Ind.Criminal Rule 13 certification for appointment of a special judge following the en banc recusal of all Vanderburgh Superior Court judges. 

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that a special judge should be appointed to hear this matter in the Vanderburgh Superior Court.

IT IS, THERFORE, ORDERED that the Hon. James M. Redwine, Judge of the Posey Circuit Court, is appointed as special judge in this matter in the Vanderburgh Superior Court.  This Order vests jurisdiction in Special Judge Redwine.  Pursuant to Trial Rule 79(K), an oath of office is not required.   

            The clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. James M. Redwine; to the Hon. Wayne S. Trockman, Chief Judge of the Vanderburgh Superior Court; and to the clerk of the Vanderburgh Superior Court.

            The clerk of the Vanderburgh Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this order to all parties of record in the case below.
