ORDER REMANDING JURISDICTION TO TRIAL COURT

Comes now the Hon. Gerald S. Zore, Judge of the Marion Superior Court, and upon recusing himself pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(C), ordered this matter transferred here for the appointment of a special judge.

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that, jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Marion Superior Court for the appointment of a special judge pursuant to local rule. Nothing in Judge Zore’s order suggests a reason for action by this Court.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Marion Superior Court for the appointment of a special judge pursuant to local rule.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. Gerald S. Zore, Marion Superior Court, 200 East Washington Street, W541, Indianapolis, IN 46204-3307, and to the Clerk of the Marion Superior Court.

The Clerk of the Marion Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
