ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

      Comes now the Honorable Diane Kavadias Schneider, Judge of the Lake Superior Court, and moves this Court, pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 53.1(D), for an extension of time to rule on two pending motions; American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss and Four Wind’s Objections to Receiver’s Final Accounting.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that, said extension of time should be granted to and including December 29, 2003.

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Hon. Diane Kavadias Schneider is granted an extension of time to and including December 29, 2003, to rule on American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss and Four Wind’s Objections to Receiver’s Final Accounting.

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. Diane Kavadias Schneider, Lake Superior Court, 232 Russell Street, Hammond, IN 46320; and to the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court.

      The Clerk of the Lake Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
