ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE
Comes now the Honorable W. Timothy Crowley, Judge of the Knox Superior Court, and on his own motion remands this cause to the Court for appointment of a special judge.
And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that, a special judge should be appointed to hear this matter in the Knox Superior Court pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(H)(3).
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Walter H. Palmer is appointed as special judge to hear this matter in the Knox Superior Court. This order vests jurisdiction in Judge Palmer. Pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(K), an oath of office is not required.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. W. Timothy Crowley, Knox Superior Court, 111 North Seventh Street, 2nd Floor, Vincennes, IN 47591; to the Hon. Walter H. Palmer, Gibson Circuit Court, 101 North Main Street, Princeton, IN 47670-1562; and to the Clerk of the Knox Superior Court.
The Clerk of the Knox Superior Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
