ORDER APPROVING LOCAL RULE FOR
The judges of the Rush Circuit and Superior Courts request the approval of an amended local rule concerning case allocation. Attached to this order is the proposed amended local rule, entered in such courts on May 20, 2003, which assigns juvenile cases other than CHINS cases randomly between the circuit and superior court.
Upon examination of the local rule, this Court finds that the proposed rule amendment complies with this Court’s caseload directives, and, accordingly, should be approved.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED by this Court that the proposed amended local rule, set forth as an attachment to this Order, are now approved, effective as of May 20, 2003.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward a copy of this Order to the judges of the Rush Circuit and Superior Courts, and to the Clerk of the Rush Circuit and Superior Courts.
The Clerk of the Rush Circuit and Superior Courts is directed to place a copy of this Order in the Record of Judgments and Orders for each court of record in the county and is further directed to post this Order for public examination.
