ORDER APPOINTING HEARING OFFICER

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has filed a Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action against the above named attorney pursuant to Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 12. Pursuant to Section 11(b) of said rule, this Court must now appoint a hearing officer to hear this matter.

            IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Lori K. Morgan is hereby appointed to hear this matter pursuant to Admis.Disc.R. 23, and is directed to qualify and assume jurisdiction.

            IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing officer has the authority and affirmative duty to manage this case and to bring it to conclusion as expeditiously as practicable.

            The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Honorable Lori K. Morgan, Allen Superior Court, 715 South Calhoun Street, #208, Fort Wayne, IN 46802-1805 and the parties in said cause or their respective attorneys.
