ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW

VERIFIED PETITION FOR REINSTATMENT TO THE BAR

The petitioner, Richard A. Weir, filed a Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar on April 10, 2001. On May 7, 2001, this Court appointed the Honorable Diane L. Bender, a member of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, to serve as hearing officer pursuant to Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 18(b). The petitioner filed his Motion to Withdraw Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar on October 29, 2004, and on November 1, 2004, the hearing officer found that said motion should be granted.

            This Court, being duly advised, now finds that petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar should be granted.

            IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar is granted. Accordingly, petitioner’s Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar is hereby withdrawn.

            The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Honorable Diane L. Bender, Hearing Officer, P.O. Box 1536, 111 S.E. Third Street, Suite 402, Evansville, IN 47706-1536 and the parties in this cause and their respective attorneys.
