ORDER GRANTING COMMISSION’S MOTION TO DISMISS
Comes now the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, by counsel, and moves this Court to dismiss its Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action, filed on April 17, 2003, due to the death of the respondent.
And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the Commission’s motion to dismiss should be granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Disciplinary Commission’s Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted. Accordingly, all proceedings currently pending against the respondent under this cause number are dismissed.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and to the hearing officer in this matter, the Hon. Tanya Walton Pratt.
