ORDER GRANTING COMMISSION’S MOTION TO DISMISS 

 

            Comes now the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, by counsel, and moves this Court to dismiss its Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action, filed on
August 27, 2003.  Specifically, the Commission states that it has determined that it will be unable to demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that the respondent violated the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law

            And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the Commission’s motion to dismiss should be granted. 

            IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Disciplinary Commission’s Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted.  Accordingly, all proceedings currently pending against the respondent under this cause number are to be dismissed.

            The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and to the respondent or his attorney.
