ORDER ACKNOWLEDGING COMPLIANCE AND
DISMISSING ACTION AS MOOT
The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission moved this Court, pursuant to Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 23(10)(f), to direct the respondent to show cause why he should not be suspended from the practice of law for failure to cooperate with disciplinary investigations by failing to respond to the Commission’s demands for responses to grievances filed against the respondent, and to order the respondent to reimburse the Commission for its costs and expenses pursuant to Admis.Disc.R. 10(f)(5). Thereafter, this Court directed the respondent to show cause why he should not be suspended. The Disciplinary Commission has now certified that the respondent has now cooperated with the Commission in its investigation of him.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that this case is hereby dismissed as moot in light of the Commission’s certification that he respondent has cooperated in its investigation against him, provided however, the Commission may seek an order of reimbursement as set forth in Admis.Disc.R. 23(10)(f)(5).
The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney, and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
