The Howard Circuit Court awarded Steele unpaid wages and, under the Wage Payment Statute, liquidated damages and attorney’s fees. The Court of Appeals affirmed, holding that the Statute applies to this dispute over the amount of wages due. 742 N.E.2d 1029. The Supreme Court has granted transfer and assumed jurisdiction over the appeal, vacating the opinion of the Court of Appeals.
