    Corcoran was convicted of four counts of murder, and was sentenced to death by the Allen Superior Court. In this mandatory direct appeal, Corcoran argues the death sentence is erroneous.

September 28, 9:30 a.m.     Vincent J. Prowell v. State of Indiana

    Prowell pled guilty to murder and was sentenced to death. Prowell v. State, 687 N.E.2d 563 (Ind. 1997). The Vanderburg Circuit Court denied post-conviction relief from the conviction and sentence, and Prowell appeals arguing various errors in his lawyer’s performance and the trial court proceedings.
