9:30 a.m.--INDIANA BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY, ET AL v. INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION, ET AL

The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission ruled that a proposed stock exchange and merger between Ameritech Corporation and SBC Communications, Inc. was subject to the Commission's review and approval. Ameritech, SBC and Indiana Bell appeal that ruling. The Court has accepted jurisdiction over the case because it involves a substantial question of public importance in circumstances calling for a speedy determination. Ind. Appellate
