Gordon McCraney was convicted of murder in the perpetration of a
robbery. His conviction was affirmed on appeal. McCraney v. State, 425 N.E.
2d 151 (Ind. 1981). In a post-conviction proceeding in the Lake Superior Court,
McCraney's conviction was set aside.
The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded with instructions to reinstate
the conviction. McCraney seeks transfer to the Indiana Supreme Court.
