Review of Indiana’s Proposed Reentry Court Rules      

The Problem-Solving Courts Committee of the Judicial Conference of Indiana has written proposed Reentry Court Rules and will submit these Rules to the Board of Directors of the Judicial Conference for adoption under IC 33-23-14 following a public comment period and public hearing.

Public Hearing October 24, 2008

The public hearing will be held on Friday, October 24, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Indiana Supreme Court chambers on the third floor of the State House in Indianapolis.

Interested parties may attend and/or speak at the hearing; however, speakers will be limited to no more than five minutes each.  An organization should designate one person to appear and represent that organization.
