Director of Appellate Court Technology
The Indiana Supreme Court Division of State Court Administration is seeking a Director of Appellate Court Technology to provide the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Tax Court, and their agencies with pro-active planning and forward-looking technology solutions.  The Director will oversee a staff of 7 and will be responsible for managing existing and future IT systems, assessing user needs, recommending improvements, developing requests for proposals, managing system acquisitions, and implementing deployment of new technologies.  Familiarity with IBM AS-400 system i, .NET framework, Lotus Notes, Java, DB2, SQL Server and Oracle is helpful. Compensation range is $90,000 to $107,000. Submit letter of introduction and resume, no later than July 30, 2008.

Indiana Supreme Court Clerkships
The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for law clerks to work directly with the five Justices of the Court. Each clerk will perform a variety of tasks, including legal research and drafting memorandums. But more importantly, a law clerk for the Supreme Court will become involved in the rich history and traditions of the Court and participate in challenging discussions of contemporary law and events that make up the fabric of the legal system.
