Court Management

 

Purpose

The Court Management Committee oversees issues relating to management and  administration  of  courts,  including  but not limited to judge/staff employment issues.  The Court Management Committee is developing a template that  Indiana  trial courts will use to produce disaster preparedness plans designed  to address all types of business disruption, from earthquakes and
flooding to public health emergencies.
