Purpose
It is the Mission of the Commission for Continuing Legal Education to enhance the quality of the judiciary, and legal services and professionalism in Indiana through administering, developing and regulating continuing judicial education requirements for judges, continuing legal education requirements for attorneys, mediation training standards and attorney specialization programs.

The Indiana Constitution divides state government into three branches: the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicial.
