Mr. McMahon discussed the recent Criminal and Civil Legislation passed by the 2009 General Assembly and Judge Henderson gave a presentation on the new Judicial Administration and Probate laws.

In this session, faculty members reviewed recent legislative changes enacted during the 2008 General Assembly in the areas of criminal law, civil law, and judicial administrations, and reviewed the recent rules adopted to govern intra-county transfer of probation supervision for offenders.
