Materials on recent legislation prepared by Michael McMahon, Director of Research, Indiana Judicial Center and Judge Susan Orr Henderson, Fountain Circuit Court.  Presented at the 2009 Annual Meeting of the Judicial Conference of Indiana, September 16-18, 2009.

Mr. McMahon discussed the recent Criminal and Civil Legislation passed by the 2009 General Assembly and Judge Henderson gave a presentation on the new Judicial Administration and Probate laws.

Recent Legislation and New Rules on Intra-County Probation Transfers Materials developed by the staff of the Indiana Judicial Center and Judge Mark Stoner, Marion Superior Court.

In this session, faculty members reviewed recent legislative changes enacted during the 2008 General Assembly in the areas of criminal law, civil law, and judicial administrations, and reviewed the recent rules adopted to govern intra-county transfer of probation supervision for offenders.
