Purpose

The Juvenile Benchbook Committee is made up of judges and magistrates with juvenile jurisdiction. The Committee writes and edits two benchbooks covering four distinct topics: Child in Need of Services ("CHINS"), Paternity, Termination of the Parent Child Relationship (TPR), and Delinquency.
