Proposed changes to Alcohol and Drug Program Rules

Proposed changes to the Rules for Court-Administered Alcohol and Drug Programs (A&D Rules) are available for public comment. The A&D Rules are approved and adopted by the Judicial Conference Board of Directors under the authority of IC 12-23-14-13. The A&D Rules provide for the standards, requirements, and procedures for Indiana Judicial Center certification of alcohol and drug services programs.

Community Supervision Grant Opportunities

Any Indiana county--in collaboration with their local community corrections advisory board--is eligible under HEA 1006 to submit one application for grant funding from the Indiana Department of Correction (DOC) for the purpose of improving community supervision efforts. The application deadline is September 18, 2015.
