Out-of-state attorneys wishing to appear in a specific Indiana court proceeding in a representative capacity must be granted temporary admission under the procedure set forth in Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 3, section 1. Out-of-state attorneys wishing to appear in a representative capacity in an Indiana administrative proceeding should file their verified petition for temporary admission, see Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 3, section 2(a)(4), with the Supreme Court.
