- You must have satisfactorily completed one-half of the academic requisite for a first professional degree in law.
- You must have completed or be enrolled in two cumulative semester hours of legal ethics of professional responsibility.

All forms must be completed in their entirety. Do not make any changes to these forms. completing the forms, return them to the Board of Law Examiners.
