The judges of the Hendricks County Superior Courts hereby announce that applications will be accepted through May 17, 2013 for two magistrates for the Hendricks County Superior Courts.

Requirements for All Applicants

  • Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Indiana;
  • Engaged in the practice of law for at least five (5) full years prior to July 1, 2013; and
  • Resident of Hendricks County.

The current compensation for these positions is $104,064.00 per annum.  Magistrates are also eligible for most state benefits.

Successful applicants will be employed at-will and serve at the pleasure of the judges of the Hendricks County Superior Courts.
