Indiana is implementing a uniform statewide case management system called Odyssey, which provides free access to court information at mycase.IN.gov.
To get case information not yet available in Odyssey, contact the county clerk directly.

When you provide an alternate email address in addition to your primary email, you will have the option on this page to select the inbox in which you would like to receive notifications from the appellate clerk's office.
In addition, you can choose the mailing address at which you would like to receive Judicial Nominating Commission Election Ballots and official correspondence from the Commission for Continuing Legal Education.
When you update your email or mailing addresses on the Contact Information page, your changes will automatically be reflected in your notification settings.
For example, if you change your primary email address from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org, and you previously requested to receive attorney registration notices at your primary address, your notification settings will automatically be updated to send those notices to the new email address.
