The Case Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of participants of Problem Solving Courts (PSC) as well as the linking, monitoring and coordinating of treatment, rehabilitation services and other collateral services. Requires a baccalaureate degree in criminal justice or a human services field from an accredited university or college, or employed by a problem solving court as a case manager/probation officer before July 1, 2010. Application deadline: January 31, 2014.
The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for law clerks to work directly with the five Justices of the Court. Each clerk will perform a variety of tasks, including legal research and drafting memorandums. But more importantly, a law clerk for the Supreme Court will become involved in the rich history and traditions of the Court and participate in challenging discussions of contemporary law and events that make up the fabric of the legal system.
The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for externs to work directly with three of the five Justices of the Court. Each extern will perform a variety of tasks.
