authorizing Commissioners and Administrative Law Judges to conduct hearings and
investigations in assigned cases.
The Commission may consider any pending appeals to the
full Commission of rulings by presiding officers.
This agenda is current as of the time of issue; however,
items may be added or deleted at the discretion of the Commission.
Starting
at 2:00 p.m. representatives of Worldcom will brief the Indiana Utility
