In compliance with the requirements of Senate Bill 529, the Pipeline Safety Division of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) has established
this webpage which houses information about interstate pipeline construction
throughout the state of Indiana.

Public Meetings
There will be three public meetings to gather input about Environmental Impact Statements.

Current Construction Projects
At this time the IURC is aware of three (3) interstate pipeline construction projects underway in Indiana. These interstate pipelines fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Panhandle proposes two separate projects within this certificate: Replace approximately 5.6 miles of the Montezuma 100 line with 36-inch pipeline in Parke County, and replace approximately 18 miles of the Zionsville 200 line with 30-inch pipeline in Boone and Hamilton Counties. The company states that construction will be primarily located within the existing Panhandle pipeline corridor.
