Regulated utilities are required to file tariffs with the IURC. Information provided in tariffs includes approved rates & charges and rules & regulations of a particular utility.
Below you will find links to tariffs of many Commission-regulated utilities that can be viewed online. Users of these electronic tariffs should note, however, that such tariffs are not official documents and the user assumes responsibility for any reliance upon tariffs in electronic format.
TO ORDER COPIES OF OFFICIAL TARIFFS CONTACT THE IURCA copy charge of $.10 per page may apply. An invoice will be generated and mailed to the requestor for the copying charges. Certification of copies is $2.50 per certification, plus copy charge. Overnight parcel service, such as FedEx, UPS, etc., is available at the requestor's expense.
