Jeffrey L. Golc was appointed to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on January 3, 2007 by Governor Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. A Democrat, Golc's term expires in 2009. He fills the vacancy left by the resignation of David Hadley.
Commissioner Golc most recently served as the Public Affairs Manager for the Kroger Company. In 2005, Golc received the President's Award, the highest award given to Kroger employees. He previously served as Deputy
Commissioner for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and was a member of the Indianapolis City-County Council from 1988-1999.
Commissioner Golc is a member of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and is an active member of the NARUC water committee. He also participates in the American Water Works
Association (AWWA), National Association of Water Companies (NAWC), and the Mid America Regulatory Conference (MARC).
He is a graduate of Cathedral High School and has a BA and MA in Communications from Indiana University.
